booking policy
We recommend that you schedule your appointments two weeks in advance to receive the date and time you desire. A credit card is required to secure all appointments.

confirmation policy
All appointments will be confirmed with a credit card number or a gift certificate number. We accept all major credit cards. We will call you 24 to 48 hours prior to your visit, to reconfirm your appointment.

cancellation policy
We require a 24-hour notice for any date changes or cancellation of individual services. We will charge 50% for late cancellations and 100% for un-cancelled appointments.

gratuities
Gratuities are greatly appreciated for salon and spa services. A customary gratuity is usually 15% to 20%.  Gratuities can be provided in cash, personal check or added to your credit card.

refunds & gift certificates
Gift Certificate and series or services are non-refundable. Please present your gift certificate upon arrival prior to your service. We are not responsible for stolen, damaged or lost gift certificates. Retail products may be returned for a salon or spa credit within 30 days of purchase.

All salon prices are subject to change without notice.
