Bella has been in the salon industry for a total of four years and is Chameleon & Company's Guest Experience Supervisor. As guest experience supervisor, Bella is dedicated to delivering an unforgettable experience. She demonstrates confidence and focus during periods of high volume to keep the salon operating to our standards and to set a positive example for our team. She ensures all areas of the salon are neat and clean, organized and safe. She is a role model of behaviors and values of an effective manager on duty. She also is responsible for creating and concocting the drink of the month being served to clients here in the salon.
